Kerry is an experienced company director, board member (not for profit) and corporate consultant with a comprehensive practical and theoretical understanding of business strategy and organisational culture. She has provided advice to CEOs, Boards and senior managers to help them set corporate direction, define business strategies and develop their capability.
Kerry works with a multi-disciplinary team of specialist consultants to partner with organisations to maximise the performance of leaders, managers and staff by enhancing productivity, accountability and engagement to achieved results aligned to corporate objectives. This approach integrates the three key elements of organisational change: strategy, operations and people. Clients include public and governmental organisations, private companies ranging from large corporations to small, fast growing start-ups.
Kerry is committed to improving the performance of the organisation by achieving alignment between the goals of the organisation and the supporting framework, e.g. the strategy, planning, systems, structure, staff and organisational culture.
In the past, she has worked for both public and private sector organisations in Australia and overseas. Her work is characterised by her ability to partner with senior management and all levels of staff to identify and own organisational and workplace change to enhance corporate and individual performance across a range of industries. She is an experienced facilitator and coach who brings a clear perspective and approach to identify and relate problems to negotiate innovative solutions.
