Jetelle Bailye is a Senior Consultant with Highcareergroup. She has gained over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources both in WA and internationally. Jetelle specialises in public sector recruitment and selection. Consulting to various State and Federal Government departments, Jetelle has recruited for public sector roles since 2010.

Jetelle’s role in Government recruitment and selection sees her liaise with State and Federal agencies, guiding the recruitment process for positions at various levels, up to Directorial roles. Jetelle utilises her expertise to assist selection panels in all areas of the process, including shortlisting applicants, conducting referee checks, chairing interview panels and writing subsequent reports for clients, in line with public sector standards.

In addition to consulting to the public sector, Jetelle has worked as a Human Resources Generalist within the legal, media, mining and construction industries in Perth and the UK, focussing on Workforce Planning, Graduate Recruitment, HR policy development, Performance Management and Employment Law. As a former Director of her own business, Jetelle provided recruitment and HR consulting services to SMEs within Perth, and more recently has worked in a HR Management capacity within an Agricultural dealership.
