Highcareergroup was requested by the Board to establish and undertake a rigorous and transparent performance review of the CEO’s performance for the last 12 months and to make recommendations to establish a standard format for future annual reviews. The development the new performance process followed the findings of this review which consisted of:

  • A 360 online survey which collected relevant input, information and opinion from a range of key stakeholders on the CEO’s leadership skills covering the following key areas (Knowledge/strategic, character, interpersonal, innovation/change, building talent, leadership/motivation, and execution). The CEO also did a self-rating.

Only collective ratings are reported with the exception of the rating of the Chairperson (nominated representative).

  • Interviews were also be conducted with the Board, direct reports and key stakeholders in relation to the strategic goals and general performance targets for the organisation.
  • The information and opinion were analysed and incorporated into a concise and easy to read written report for the Board to make a fair and comprehensive assessment of the CEO’s performance for the last 12-18 months.
