Martin Cope is a Senior Associate with Highcareergroup who specialises in workplace investigations and leadership development. With over 40 years’ experience in the development and management of people, Martin brings extensive experience in people management and workplace solutions that benefit organisations from an operational, cultural and performance perspective.

Working previously as a police officer with the Western Australia Police Force, and for the past 18 years as Superintendent, Martin has provided leadership and investigative work that looks to address workplace inefficiency and under-performance issues. Martin has extensive experience in building resilient teams and planning operational responses to major corporate undertakings or critical incidents that have high risk levels and major public interest aspects in outcomes.

Martin has extensive experience in the public sector and interaction with executive government and private sector organisations. He has practical accomplishments in service design and delivery including to Aboriginal communities, examining workplace and community challenges and providing solution focused strategies. Martin has undertaken and overseen coronial and criminal investigations as well as workplace investigations into corruption or serious misconduct that has enabled him to provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations that address workplace problems, organisational dysfunction and individual accountability.
